About the role Our Client are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join their Financial Services sales team based in London. Responsible for selling encompass solutions to Tier 1 and 2 banks within a predefined set of accounts to deliver and exceed sales targets and increase market share. Key responsibilities To exceed new business revenue targets within a predefined target list To exceed KPI's on a regular and consistent basis Create, nurture and manage your sales pipeline (5 x target) Accurate forecasting on a weekly basis Maintain an excellent level of product knowledge and be a subject matter expert Maintain an excellent level of market knowledge and be a trusted advisor Work closely with internal colleagues including EVP Global Sales, Head of Sales and Product Managers Develop account plans for strategic accounts in your portfolio Maintain Salesforce.com daily Requirements for the role and your experience 3+ years of successful software sales 5+ years successful experience in 100% new business focused role Experience selling in to Financial Services - ideally KYC / AML / Risk solutions Consultative sales professional Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Positive mental attitude and natural curiosity You will naturally demonstrate energy, desire and accountability You are looking to grow and take the next step in your career and be part of something exciting and rewarding Proficient in using MS Office and Salesforce.com What's on offer Competitive salary and excellent OTE Employee Share Options Plan Professional growth and personal development A great place to work in a fun, dynamic environment with a highly committed team Salary: Basic up to £90k and double OTE Target £850k per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Client's Identity & Fraud team as a Business Development Manager, working within our vertical teams, focused on new business activity within our client's existing and largest customers and prospects. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our Client's Identity, Fraud and Payments suite including data services, analytical capabilities and software solutions throughout the customer lifecycle to help our client's combat financial crime, improve customer experience and meet compliance and regulatory requirements. Applications preferred from candidates who can demonstrate proven success of driving sales solutions in the field of digital payments, fraud management or financial crime compliance. Key Responsibilities Working with allocated tier 1 clients, you will be identifying new business opportunities as you develop existing and new relationships within your allocated clients. Ensuring sales objectives are translated into specific plans and targets as appropriate. Ensuring clients have a smooth and harmonious experience of the sales process. Within your accounts, you will develop long-term (1-3 year) and tactical, short-term sales initiatives and programmes to achieve overall strategic plans. Participate in and contribute to the development of the overall strategic account plan(s). Provide timely and accurate forecasts built from granular data and insight providing current and future market trends and competitive activity. Skills & Attributes Proven domain knowledge and subject matter expertise applicable within or across the fraud, financial crime and authentication landscape.
