Role Purpose: To lead, drive and be accountable for the performance of the allocated portfolio of assets including the day to day leasing of 1 asset. Maintain and generate revenue from Shopping Centres by building customer and internal relationships, managing leasing lifecycles, and ensuring the highest possible reputation of the group. Provide accurate financial forecasts for Business Planning. Recommend the appointment of letting agents and other letting consultants. Contribute to new leasing models and maximise the use of Hammerson standard terms. Manage Retailer Relationships Working with the UK Leasing Director, take accountability for retailer relationships and set the best possible example for customer relationship management. Use these relationships to deliver better, faster deals and create a sustainable platform for revenue growth. This should include an understanding of the retailers' business strategy and model. Lead & Manage Team (Internal and External) Manage the performance of direct reports; create a positive and supportive environment for knowledge transfer, teamwork, personal and career development so that direct reports are engaged; skilled and appropriately and efficiently deployed.
