Expansion, Opening & Projects Director / Manager - Luxury Hospitality Group Location: London Based with international travel Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 + Bonus The Director / Manager is responsible for the successful execution of all new build openings and transitions. As well as responsibility for coordinating and overseeing all new builds and transition activity for owned, managed and franchised sites, globally. This includes the coordination and direction of all Sales, Marketing, Operations, Brand, Human Resource, IT, Purchasing and Project Related functions. The role is responsible for coordinating the initial preparation of the Pre-Opening and OS&E (operating supplies & equipment) budgets, concept development and operational planning for all new build and transition projects. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : • Oversee and supervise the activities of all New Builds & Transitions (acquisitions, dispositions, conversions) from an operations standpoint providing supervisory oversight of project team members to ensure overall objectives are achieved. • Interface with development team members as needed for New Builds & Transition projects and provide feedback on Proformas, Management Contracts and Technical Services Agreements as required. • Manage the process of deal handover from Development Team to the Regional and Operations Teams. • Manage overall project coordination and timelines to ensure contracted obligations are met and openings occur as quickly as possible to drive fee income. • Working closely with the Design & Project Development team identify location and set up for all Pre-Opening offices and liaise with IT to ensure appropriate and adequate technology is installed and working. Finance Director - An expanding Restaurant Group - Central London- up to £60k Responsibilities: Working closely with operations to rectify financial issues and provide weekly analytics on our accounts identifying problem areas. Perform the month end management accounts including book keeping, cash recs and supplier recs. Timely approval of invoices as agreed with the General Managers.
