Description My client are looking for an experienced and talented Head of Marketing with a proven track record in delivering solid acquisition and retention strategies across both on and offline channels. They will be responsible for: Managing and mentoring a team of 8 with 3 direct reports Create, manage and deliver successful strategies for growth Create, manage and deliver successful campaign performances. Using both on and offline marketing channels individually and together to their full potential Focus on building and using cross channel initiatives for maximum efficiency, ROI and results. Lead planning and campaign roll outs across the financial year in line with sales targets. Lead on effective customer segmentation and audience targeting strategies. Have a data driven approach creating, targeting and analysing everything Influencing and challenging key business decisions at senior levels. Work closely with key stakeholders to develop the business and hit targets. Profile The successful Head of Marketing will have experience in retail management- beauty if possible but open to sector. In depth knowledge of AdWords & bid managements technologies Experience of Affiliate networks Understanding SEO best practise Experience with Google Analytics Experience working with an ESP Experience of customer segmentation and CRM best practice. Job Offer The Head of Marketing can receive a salary of £60k-£70k depending on experience plus great company benefits.
