The Account Director will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients: managing your team to orchestrate marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities as well as potential issues and delivering the appropriate product/marketing solution to a variety of scenarios. Reporting into the Client Success Officer this role is a key part of the Client Success team. Key Responsibilities: Main point of contact for senior representatives of key clients Lead Account Managers and Account Execs, supporting in the delivery of their commitments Develop a deep understanding and knowledge of the industry and share best practises Be the voice of the client within the business Work with Delivery team to design and deliver new technological solutions Confidence to work with C-level clients, build long term relationships and grow accounts Undertake analysis to provide valuable insight into the clients' programme performance. Work closely with the business development team to drive new business and deliver opportunities to generate additional revenue from existing clients Managing the process of renewing and negotiating contracts with largest clients (£1m+/year) Requirements: Strong understanding of email, CRM and loyalty marketing Minimum 6-8 years Account Management experience Ideally experience in a technology focused area or with a technology focused client. Language skills would be a fantastic addition but not essential

Chief Engineer (Pneumatics) A Chief Engineer (Pneumatics) vacancy has become available within a global industry leader which manages a wide range of specialist capabilities, generating highly-differentiated solutions and products in the Defence and Aerospace, Security and Cyber and Transport and Energy markets. The operation identifies customer needs by applying electronic and software technologies in demanding environments and meeting critical requirements. The Responsibilities: The Chief Engineer is the primary point of contact within engineering for all products pre and during the design phase, without a completed Declaration of Design Performance (DDP) Architect of technical solution. Review technical feasibility. Identify risks and assumptions. Review technical bid response. Responsible for the engineering bid estimate Non-Recurring Costs (NRC) and engineering schedule. Chief architect of the engineering solution. Work alongside Programme Manager (PM) to deliver project. Responsibility for approving engineering documents. Provide engineering leadership to the work package lead. Chair independent reviews for other engineering projects. Responsible for the product quality and performance. Responsible for delivering a product that can be manufactured and supported through life. Advocate for the customer and the business from a technical aspect. The Chief Engineer is also responsible for the ownership of the technology strategy for a particular product type or family. The Head of Engineering will assign a Chief Engineer to projects / products. Report technical progress, risks and mitigation's to the Head of Engineering. The Requirements: Degree educated in an engineering or science discipline. CEng or IEng with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the aerospace and defence sector in a specialist engineering field. Experience in a leadership role in order to provide technical guidance to other engineers. Full understanding of product development lifecycle and associated requirements on product/project delivery. Experience in project and man management principles and able to apply these to day to day tasks. Understands of the importance of the DFMA & Test ethos during product development; 'affordability' and 'lean manufacturing principles. Understands the importance of delivery performance to cost and the resulting impact to overall performance in the business. Experience and understanding of product development practices in the aerospace and safety critical sectors in accordance with ISO9001 & AS9100 quality standards.
