Job description We are looking for an innovative, forward-thinking and agile account director to join our journey. You'll become part of a business that has landed four major contracts in 2018 already, almost doubling our turnover for 2019. And we're only just getting started. Roles and responsibilities Organising the management of all MSP/RPO and key accounts in a cost-effective manner, while ensuring optimum service delivery and conversion of time allocation to NFI, as well as long-term development and growth of the account management/delivery teams; Making business decisions based on balancing the needs of our customers and the commercial /strategic objectives of onezeero; Managing the achievement of NFI maximisation, client retention targets, and delivering strategic Account Plans in line with budget expectations and company strategic objective targets; Managing and controlling accurate forecasting of temp and perm NFI across the key client portfolio on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis with the managers, directors, and regional directors tracking mechanisms and processes required to deliver against plan. Continually leading, assessing, and adjusting service delivery and customer solutions to meet and exceed customer requirements and competitor offerings, to drive improvement and additional value to the customer and NFI growth to onezeero. and Impellam; Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of the onezeero. value proposition in the market and developing our competitive advantage; Designing new processes and introducing innovations and best practice that will deliver efficiencies to reduce our cost to service, while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement; Embracing our focus on finding and using our proprietary and external technology platforms to enhance the service delivery to candidates, clients and their customers Managing relationships with hiring managers to ensure the recruitment process is effective and reflects the client's strategic objectives About you! Demonstrable track record in the recruitment industry (ideally with the IT/Tech industry), with knowledge and experience of running multiple PSL accounts and/or managed service provider/RPO accounts; Proven track record of success in retaining and developing client spend in PSL and/or MSP/RPO; Experience in dealing with all levels of stakeholder relationships; Mobile and able to work nationally; Highly computer literate with knowledge of VMS systems; Ability to work with MI in order to drive effective account planning, tracking, and client development initiatives; Able to identify opportunities to develop services and relationships with customers Providing market information and using data to positively influence and drive decision making An agile mind-set, with the ability to flex between working with the onsite recruitment business partners, client stakeholders and offsite delivery teams to deliver account plans So what are you waiting for?
