A startup international Pharmaceutical business is looking for a part time Finance Manager (3 days per week). The role will develop into a full time position in around 6 months time. The Finance Manager will run the key financial processes as well as provide commercial support to the senior leadership team of the business, for example the Managing Director. This will include budgeting, forecasting, MI, analysis and business case review as well as a wide range of ad hoc commercial projects. The business is currently in 'pre-revenue' phase hence the part time nature of the position for the time being. However, their first revenue is expected in the summer and within a year the organisation will be turning over a multi-million pound revenue. Therefore it is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is perhaps returning to work after a period out to build up their hours before taking on the full time role. The Finance Manager will play a key role in building the finance processes, MI, KPIs and systems that will underpin the growth of the business. Therefore this individual must be a qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with post qualified experience in a similar Finance Manager role. Experience working in a small growing business would be beneficial but not essential.
