The PSD Group is currently retained to recruit a Financial Controller for a leading Construction & Infrastructure organisation based in Cumbria. The opportunity has arisen due to continued growth and the need to provide further support to the Finance Director and finance team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the co-ordination, smooth running and performance of the Finance Department. Reporting to the Finance Director you will oversee the large finance team whilst having significant interaction with operations. An opportunity exists for an individual to join their London based management team as Head of Account Management. About the Role: Create an account management approach to cover volume growth, C-level engagement, cross selling and customer satisfaction for all live clients Based on the approach, create and implement an account management plan for each client, agree these with the General Manager To maximise the payment volumes generated by each live client using my client's VAN service To manage and nurture each live client to ensure they are satisfied with the VAN service To fully understand and be aligned with my client's VAN product and sales strategy/pipeline To have an understanding of my client's other products, and identify cross selling opportunities for each client Ensure clients are satisfied with the service provided, pro-actively feedback to the business any areas for improvement or change.
