Head of Group Property Management - Facilities & Resources Solihull Location Permanent Opportunity £75,000 + Benefits RZ Group are currently recruiting on behalf of a multi-site financial services organisation for a Head of Group Property Management to be responsible for Facility Management and Resource Coordinator for the business. You will have extensive experience in a similar role within a commercial setting ideally within a regulated environment, multi-site experience is essential. Key Duties and Responsibilities * Management and maintenance of all property owned by the business * Ensuring all legislations and procedures are adhered to (e.g.) Compliance, Health and Safety * Lead the Group Property Management team, including regular performance evaluation and analysis and training and development. * Produce monthly reports and statistics * Identify process improvements and review overall activity Key Skills and Experience * Extensive experience in a similar role ideally within a regulated environment (Banking, Financial Services) * Knowledge all of current legislations in relation to Health and Safety, Property Management/Maintenance and Facilities Management (hard and soft) * Multi-Site experience is essential * Exceptional communication skills * Proven leadership capabilities Qualifications * BIFM Level 4 in Facilities Management * NEBOSH General Certificate * Certificate in Security Management Principles Please contact Kerry Lyons for an informal chat, apply to this advert for immediate review!
