The Client My client is a large developer with sites across east Anglia usually RC high-rise mixed-use developments. Area Regeneration, sustainable developments, refurbishments and public sector. Due to the large growth within the company they are currently seeking a Project Manager to join their team based in Norwich. Salary would be up to £80k depending on experience. Responsibilities: - Ensuring Projects are scheduled for works to complete on time and to budget - Overseeing direct and sub-contract labour, resources and materials - Ensuring a pro-active approach to Health & Safety, ensuring projects follow company procedures and legal legislation - Maintaining a positive relationship with the client, offering a professional service to ensure smooth running of the project - Ensuring quality control is adhered to and works are completed to the highest possible standard Qualifications & Experience - Degree in Construction Management or an equivalent qualification. - Previous experience working on residential developments is essential. This role requires someone of proven MD calibre with a track record of delivering profitable growth in a fast paced and demanding business environment. You will have full P&L responsibility for the business and will be expected to drive substantial growth throughout your tenure. Whilst you will have commercial input this role is about leading the operational side of the business. It is important that you are involved in the day-to-day of operations through your management team, that you flourish in a fast paced environment, and that you can implement lean and continuous improvement methodology to a workforce that are capable but needing direction.
